Hello Heathrow
We are here !
We flew in to Heathrow, it was only 1 hour from Frankfurt, the best flight so far !
Heathrow was a bit of a dissapointment, I was expecting this giant hub of an airport which is world famous. We think that possibly because we were on a German plane that is why we were dumped off literally at the arse end of the airport - no jokes - you exit at the very very end where there is nothing. If nothing else it gave us a chuckle. Seriously though from an Aussie perspective the bleedin English & Germans need to get over themselves....
We found the bus terminal & caught a bus to out to Nottingham, birthplace of Wayne, which cost us nearly 200 AUD, Blimey !
Andy met us at the airport & we have now arrived with much excitement at Andy, Nic & Joe's.
We had a BIG night catching up & driking copious amounts of red wine. Aaaaaah feels like home - love it !
